담당 업무

  • Management of individual employee concerns, complaints, conflicts, and grievances.  This process involves investigations, conflict resolution, mediation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Managing the organization’s relationship with employees within the context of labor laws and regulations. It involves ensuring legal compliance with employment contracts, working conditions, employee rights, and dispute resolutions. This process also includes handling legal cases related to labor issues, maintaining compliance with industry-specific regulations, and mitigating risks
  • Acts as a single point of the contact for all topics for the employees and managers in area of responsibility
  • Maintains individual Union & Employee Representative Relationships depending on country approach
  • Ensures compliance to all relevant government regulations
  • Guides employees in employee relations conflict management
  • Responds to employee relation issues such as employee concerns, harassment, and discrimination complaints. Conducts internal investigations as necessary. 
  • Acts as company representative towards external parties (courts, fairs, local networks, authorities.) if assigned
  • Exit Management Interviews,  tracking employee working hours, leaves, and attendance to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations. This process includes maintaining systems for time tracking, overtime management, and absence reporting.
  • Contribute to the compliance and monitoring of the indicators applicable to their processes.
  • Support on general services to the employees (transportation, canteen, social security)

  • Gestión de las inquietudes, quejas, conflictos y reclamaciones individuales de los empleados.  Este proceso implica investigaciones, resolución de conflictos, mediación y medidas disciplinarias.
  • Gestión de la relación de la organización con los empleados en el contexto de las leyes y normativas laborales. Implica garantizar el cumplimiento legal de los contratos de trabajo, las condiciones laborales, los derechos de los empleados y la resolución de conflictos. Este proceso también incluye la gestión de casos legales relacionados con cuestiones laborales, el mantenimiento del cumplimiento de las normativas específicas del sector y la mitigación de riesgos.
  • Actúa como punto de contacto para todos los temas relacionados con los empleados  en su área de responsabilidad.
  • Mantiene relaciones individuales con los sindicatos y los representantes de los empleados, dependiendo del enfoque de cada país.
  • Garantiza el cumplimiento de todas las normativas gubernamentales pertinentes.
  • Orienta a los empleados en la gestión de conflictos en las relaciones laborales.
  • Responde a cuestiones relacionadas con las relaciones laborales, como las preocupaciones de los empleados y las denuncias por acoso y discriminación. Lleva a cabo investigaciones internas cuando es necesario. 
  • Actúa como representante de la empresa ante terceros (tribunales, ferias, redes locales, autoridades) si se le asigna.
  • Entrevistas de salida, seguimiento de las horas de trabajo, asistencia y bajas de los empleados para garantizar un procesamiento preciso de las nóminas y el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral. Este proceso incluye el mantenimiento de sistemas de seguimiento del tiempo, gestión de horas extras e informes de ausencias.

  • Contribuir al cumplimiento y la supervisión de los indicadores aplicables a sus procesos

Academic degree or comparable experience: Bachelor in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar. 

Experience in:  Automotive Industry, labor relations, union negotiations, conflict resolution, IATF 16949

Knowledge: 

  • Labor Laws and Regulations, payroll
  • IMSS
  • NMX025
  • ISO 14001
  • Intermediate English
