• Realizar los procesos de compras siguiendo los lineamientos de la política y el manejo de los sistemas de Compras, con el fin de garantizar los mejores tiempos de respuesta y calidad en el servicio al cliente interno, mediante los sistemas de SAP, SBO y CEOS.
• Cotizar, analizar, revisar y negociar con los proveedores precios y mejores condiciones comerciales, realizando una comparativa de ser el caso, en base a las categorías asignadas de montos menores a USD 5.000.
• Seguimiento del cumplimiento de proveedores en la entrega de bienes o servicios según ordenes de compra generadas.
• Seguimiento y manejo de Reclamos hacia proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
• Validar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso RABBIT, incluyendo seguimiento de requerimientos, toma de acciones para corregir fallas, comunicación con usuarios y/o proveedores.
• Generación de reportes del área.

• Estudiantes de últimos semestres de Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas (SOLO ESTUDIANTES)
• Manejo del paquete office intermedio.
• Habilidades de comunicación.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés (deseable).
