岗位简介：按照公司和客户的质量标准，开展有效的质量活动，做好质量保证工作。
Represents Quality Management of the BU in the development project;

1,Responsibility to ensure that internal and external quality requirements are adequately addressed in the project, BU cross locations;
2,The scope of the QMP: Ensure Quality of all areas related to product and production process development;
3,Customer Quality Interface; Customer standards and requirements;
4,Automotive norms knowledge (e.g. IATF 16949, FFA VDA, ISO26262, VDA6.3, ISO 9001, ASPICE, ...)
5,Quality Methods for project quality assurance, pursuing (i.e. tracking, requesting, supporting, instructing), that the required methods and rules in a project acc. project quality plan are implemented correctly  (e.g. Structured Problem Solving, Risk Management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Change Management, Lessons Learned ...);
6,Project Quality Plan;
7,Audit and Assessment;
8,Field Failure Analysis Concept
9,Objective Review; Invite / participate in Object Reviews for work products according to the Object Review Plan.
10,Quality Report, Communicate the Quality Report to the relevant  Stakeholders, Escalate issues if necessary;
11,Others, per supervisor's request for continuous improvement;

1，Education: Bachelor Degree or above， major in Technical / Management degree or equivalent;
2，Professional Experience: Work experience in automotive area or quality management highly recommended (min. 2 years);
3，Project and/or Process Experience: Knowledge in quality management and quality tools (Structured Problem Solving, Risk Management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Change Management, Lessons Learned ...) and project management preferred;
4，Production process and Product(汽车电子件prefered) know-how, incl. product / module validation;
5, Intercultural / International Experience: Ability to work with people in different locations and with different cultural background.
6,Skills: Presentation techniques, good communication and negotiation skills;
7,Working Language: Fluent English and Chinese.
