Manufacturing Planner Sr

• Develop and maintain standard work instructions to optimize production processes and micrologistics efficiency.
• Coordinate prototype testing for new products and variants prior to production line implementation.
• Lead design modifications and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
• Perform OEE analysis to identify and implement improvements in Front-End and Back-End production lines.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize plant resources and automate operations.
• Lead key team members, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Expert in time management, with a strong focus on meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Experience in consulting and troubleshooting MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Performs time studies for machines and labor to support accurate capacity planning and calculations.
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards and deviation management.
• Hands-on experience with material master data parameterization (FERT, HIBE, HALB, and HAWA).

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel.
• Experience with Honda CMS is a strong plus.
• Experience with OES transfers is highly desirable.
