담당 업무

  • Communication and Training: Inform stakeholders about upcoming governance activities; Design and deliver engaging e-learnings to boost awareness of rules, risk management, and internal controls. Take care about Learning Management tasks
  • Rule Management and Rule Governance: Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining purchasing rules in the respective system.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance Management: Support the preparation of internal control testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the organization in preparing self-assessments and collect and document results.
  • Risk Management: Support in the preparation of the risk management cycle. Assist in identifying and mitigating systematic risks within the purchasing process.

지원자 프로필

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in industry area.
  • Experience in purchasing, governance, risk management, compliance, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Experience in audit or internal control topics will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
