Head of Tax Accounting - Executive (m/f/d) - REF82638I

We are looking for you as Head of Tax Accounting (m/f/diverse) to support our area Automotive at the location Frankfurt am Main. You will have the global lead of Tax Accounting and Tax Reporting in the Continental Automotive Group, leading an expert Tax Accounting team and being the first point of contact for all Tax Accounting topics in the group. In this role, you will be responsible for the following areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for global Tax Accounting policy in group
• Responsible for global deferred tax reporting and tax rate reconciliation in financial statements, tax planning and special reports to shareholders
• Responsible for Pillar 2 reporting of Continental Automotive Group
• Responsible for Tax IT-System integrity and data
• Monitoring and implementing changes in Tax Accounting and reporting standards
• Improving and facilitating reporting
• Initiating and implementing training of group companies regarding Tax Accounting and reporting standards

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, including graduation as "Diplom-Finanzwirt"
• Many years of work experiences in a tax advisory company, in-house tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the in the fields of Tax Accounting
• Experience in leading specialized teams
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS Deferred Tax Reporting
• Deep understanding of Pillar 2 reporting requirements
• Strong experience with Tax Reporting Systems, preferably GTC
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working
• Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment, excellent analytical and communication skills as well as team spirit attitude
