Transfer Pricing Documentation Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for all group companies
  • Coordination and monitoring of reconciliation processes for intragroup transactions
  • Reporting of Transfer Pricing Key Figures for Continental AG
  • Support IT tools regarding transfer pricing (administration, communication with group companies, contacts with external IT providers, further development)
  • Administration of the eSR tool (business-related)
  • Overarching coordination and advisory function with regard to the documentation of service charges as well as their coordination with the Group companies
  • Contract lifecycle management for intergroup contracts as well as content preparation of intergroup contracts
  • Collaboration in the implementation of compensation calculations
  • Support with tax and tax requirements regarding transfer pricing transactions in the individual countries
  • Reporting of Group Key Figures (CbCR Reporting)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in economics, business administration or similar, including a degree in finance or law
  • Several years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm, the internal tax department of multinational companies or tax authorities with a focus on transfer pricing
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Good analytical and communication skills as well as an independent way of working
  • Problem solving mindset, strong commitment, advanced analytical and excellent  communication skills, and team spirit
  • Expert knowledge of German and international transfer pricing principles and tax will be a plus
