System Requirement Engineer in Safety and Motion, Safety and Sensorics, Airbag Control Units Korea
Mission:
Based on customer specifications and internal standard / generic platform requirements, the System Requirements Engineer:
- elicits, analyzes, documents and validates the system requirements for a development project,
- discusses and clarifies System Requirements with the internal and external stakeholders,
- creates the System Requirement Specification,
- analyzes and handles change requests.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Specify the System requirements based on internal and external stakeholder requests
- Harmonize and agree the requirements with the Project Manager / System Lead Engineer and System Requirements Engineer of the platform (especially deviations)
- Confirm and review the system requirements with the customer
- Ensure the reuse of generic requirements
- Support of the project team in understanding the requirements
- Manage the requirements and implement changes requests

Qualifications & skills:
- Academic degree in engineering
- Knowledge of Requirement Engineering process
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, analysis/documentation, tracking and validation techniques
- Basic knowledge about product safety topics
- Basic knowledge about Security & Privacy methods
- Basic knowledge about technical risk analyses, e.g., FMEA (Failue Mode and Effect Anaylsis), FTA(Fault Tree Anaylsis) ...
- Good communication / presentation skills in English and Korean languages
- Experience in automotive or aerospace industries preferred
- Ownership, accountability, reliability and resilience
