Business Controller - Business Field Conti KIT (m/f/d) - part time 50% - REF78591D

Continental Tires is seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our Business Field Conti KIT team in Hannover, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support decision-making processes within the Management team.

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for the Conti KIT business field
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Support the annual budgeting and long-term planning processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS, and German GAAP
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Act as a financial advisor to business unit leaders, providing insights on financial implications of strategic decisions

The position is part time 50%

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Several years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques
• Solid understanding of IFRS and German GAAP
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive approach with a strategic mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement
