Safety Technician

담당 업무

  • Inspect the Company's premises, facilities and equipment, observing the working conditions, to determine accident factors and risks, preparing reports with the results, proposing any changes to them, and corrections to any unsafe acts identified, in order to prevent accidents and eliminate risks;
  • Monitor the execution of building maintenance, cleaning, civil works, etc., services on the Company's premises, keeping them in compliance with current legislation, requesting the contracted providers to implement safety measures;
  • Prepare technical reports on environmental and safety risks;
  • Provide and/or participate in training for fire brigades, firefighting for non-firefighters, first aid, correct use of PPE, among others, in order to avoid setbacks related to workplace safety;
  • Participate in the promotion of campaigns, meetings and other events, aimed at raising awareness, educating and guiding employees to prevent workplace accidents and preserving their occupational health;
  • Participate in activities promoted by the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), coordinating work, providing general advice, clarifying doubts and applying rules for technical resolutions on occupational safety in the company;
  • Keep documentation related to occupational safety required by the Ministry of Labor up to date, filing it in specific folders to ensure the integrity of the documents;
  • Perform other related activities.
