Your tasks

  • Support to handle daily admin affairs, prepare documentation;协助处理部门日常事务、文件准备;
  • Support on employee information input and profile filling;协助员工信息录入及员工档案的维护工作;
  • Support to classify and distribute materials;协助物料整理和发放;
  • Support to organize employee activities;协助员工活动的准备;
  • Other tasks assigned by superior. 其他临时交办的事项。

Your profile

Education 教育程度

  - Bachelor degree or above. 本科以及以上学历

Professional Experience & skills  工作经验及技能

- Basic written and oral English.基础英语写作和口语能力。

- Good communication skills, team work spirit. 良好的沟通技巧,团队工作精神。

     - Minimum 3 days a week is requried. 每周至少出勤3天。
