Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Intern

Your tasks

  • Track and improve sorting efficiency by implementing KPIs.
  • Participate in the process of returning non-conforming materials, sharing responsibility between teams.
  • Support SQM Engineers for the evaluation run of samples during Component Introduction & Series.
  • Support SQM Technician for technical analysis of components complaint from Production & Customer (0km & Field).
  • Manage sorting activities, ensuring efficient sorting and adherence to internal Continental requirements such as 5S, cleanliness, compliance, etc.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or currently studying for bachelor's degree in engineering or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of quality control methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and 5S in production environments would be considered as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packet for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to join internship for 6 months.
