Spare Parts Planner

담당 업무

  • Manage the creation, migration, and maintenance of Non-Productive Materials (NPM) in SAP, including MM views.
  • Track and follow up on purchasing orders for NPMs, maintenance, repair, operations and spare parts.
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Provide monthly and weekly reports on material status, trends, and inventory for Controlling and Plant Maintenance teams.
  • Optimize spare parts, materials, and operational supplies by monitoring movements, parameterization, and reorder points.
  • Generate purchase orders based on demand, reorder points, and trends.
  • Support reporting logistics costs for materials, including consumables, in line with budget targets.

지원자 프로필

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics or controlling or any other related field.
  • At least one year of professional experience in logistics or controlling.
  • SAP MM module experience would be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages.
