PPI Rigid Enginner Greenfield

As a process engineer you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the hose manufacturing process to improve efficiency, quality and cost.

• Process design and improvement: analyze workflow, equipment lay out and production data to identify areas for process improvements. Tracking and improve the process KPIs such as: OEE,  cycle time, scrap and defective, etc.

          Lead continuous improvement projects.

          Perform Pokayokes & Kaizen events.

          Perform times & motion improvements.

          Leader in the implementation of Continental technical standards applicable to hoses manufacturing process.

• Quality assurance: collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate and solve product issues and defects.
• Technical support: provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement implementation projects.

Prior experience in hose manufacturing process is a plus.

• 5s.
• Core tools: SPC, PFMEA, CP, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
• IATF 16949/ ISO 9001.
• Lean manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement.
• Problem Solving.
• AutoCAD 2D.
