Product and Process Material Engineer

- Industrialize new products and new technology into production.  Ensure close working interface as business partner between plant and R&D. Provide technical support by triggering the necessary industrialization activities and business improvement measures. Oversee introduction, development and maintenance of specifications. 
- Closely work together with CBT1,2 and 3 to stabilize the processes, maintain and improve the machine and process acceptance procedures, establish and implement process specifications in a way that we produce eficiently and we reach the scrap & rework/workoff goals. Prepare, do and support Capability Study. 

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• Technical University degree (min. engineering degree); advanced english (with willingness to get to fluency).
• Experience in validation of materials and implementation and Control of processes.
• 1-2 years working experience in plant manufacturing or R&D. Compounding knowledge or Tyre Manufacturing.
