담당 업무

- Ensure the execution of demand planning processes, system operations and reports, KPIs and dashboards.

- Analyze and develop the demand, sales forecast and inventory level with Sales, Controller and Americas SIOP team.

- Support the SIOP processes in close collaborate with the America’s SIOP, Plant Production and Sales team.

- Guarantee the Safety stock strategy implementation for finish goods and raw material.

- Work with all stakeholders to achieve the global and local targets as, OTIF, Inventory level and Inventory turns.                                                                                                             

- Update the ABC Curve for Finish Goods, Raw material and work in strategies to reduce the slow moving to avoid obsolete items.

- Define the plant production program to be executed by Production Plants for local and imported items

- Perform the imported material follow up  with the plant production, trading companies and customs

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customer service, distribution center, sales team, and other stakeholders.

- Create purchase and production orders

- Maintenance of material (updates, blocking and inactivation)

- Follow the Back orders developing a plan to reduce based on customer demand, supplier lead time and plant capacities.

지원자 프로필

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain relevant processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience with ERP software, such as SAP, Power BI,
  • Advanced English Language
  • Financial Knoweledge
  • Desirable experience in foreign trade
