As an intern, starting as soon as possible for a period of approximately six months, you will support our commitment in creating and managing the platforms and tools that are essential for communication success both internally and externally. More precisely, your tasks will include the following activities:

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the owned digital platforms and tools in Group Communications (such as the Continental Intranet, the Group website)
• Support the KPI monitoring and success evaluation of various communication platforms and tools
• Support the digital experience optimization: Testing and optimizations of new features and functionalities
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the social media management and monitoring tool and landscape
• Support domain management topics
• Maintenance and content editing in various digital communication platforms and tools/CMS
• Contribution to knowledge management support for digital platforms and tools
• Global community management support (teams, intranet)
• Co-creation of concepts for project communications

• Student (m/f/d) with focus on (digital) communications, online marketing or similar
• Passion for digital platforms, digital communications, digital marketing, web design, digital trends
• First experience with content management systems, social media management/monitoring and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Very good English and fluent German language skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team (with a global community)
• Open-minded
