Mechanical Engineer (Architecture and Networking)

ME project management: conduct project estimation, plan, tracking, resource organization, release, report, escalation (according to development process).
ME requirement engineering.
ME design, check & release in system, ME data create or maintain in system.
Support, perform or coordinate Mechanical tests.
Support / cooperate with other related functions internal / external
Develop technical solutions in own area of responsibility.
Constantly improve knowledge and experience on own field.
Provide support to own discipline and other disciplines.
Contribute ideas for technical, processes improvement, and take effort to make it comes true.
Regularly report the status of projects to your direct manager.
Cooperate with other project stakeholder (R&D cross discipline, PM, Manufacturing, Quality and purchasing, including international teams) to ensure project success.

Lead or conduct ME development activity according to ME development process.
Have good knowledge of general mechanical components.
Good knowledge of 3D model tool (Catia).
Have knowledge of machine element, strength of materials.
Have knowledge of creation of technical drawing, usage of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Have knowledge of stack-up analysis.
Have knowledge of DFMEA methodologies and software (IQ-RM).
Have good writing, reading and speaking English skills.
Have skills for lead discussions with stakeholders, internals and externals, customers and suppliers.
Have good problem solving skills, structured method
Preferable good knowledge on fundamental injection molding process.
Fundamental to collaborate in teamwork.
Have knowledge of customer exchange data, i.e. Teamcenter.
