Working Student - Office Management (m/f/diverse)

We are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) for co-pace, the startup organization of Continental for administrative and project support, located in Frankfurt or remote, who can join us as soon as possible for about 15-20 hours per week and a duration of about 12 months.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Planning and organization of different administrative tasks for the Managing Director and the co-pace Team
• Act as a contact person and contribute to a pleasant working environment and atmosphere
• Support of travel planning and travel expenses for the Managing director
• Organizational support of events and team building activities
• Creating of purchase requisitions as well as invoice verification
• Tracking and collecting of budget relevant data
• General support of Team activities

• Students (m/f/diverse) of any educational background, Business Administration preferred
• First practical experience in commercial/business
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Good German and English language skills, written and spoken
• Practical skills and very strong organizational talents
• Friendly and open to deal with an international multicultural environment
• Comfortable to be the contact person for our employees, customers and business partners
