Sr. Software Quality Auditor

Task of the Quality Manager Software is to ensure that the interests of quality management are addressed in the SW project adequately. By performing suitable verification procedures, the quality status of SW project results and SW specific processes is checked and recorded, deviations of defined standards are recognized in time and reported to management.

Main activities
• Check for process compliance within the SW life cycle, SW work product and milestones 
• Supports customer & internal audits related to SW quality & SW development. (ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949, VDA)
• Approving of process deviations (tailoring) 
• Reports & escalates SW quality / safety issues 
• Reviews and releases SW Q Reports
• Ensure resolution and closure of non-compliance issues 
• Create and track process improvements for SW development process.
• Sharing knowledge of quality assurance at the corporate level with localities to increase knowledge on best practices.
• Moderation of problem solving
• Support transitions to new tools
• Trainings & Coachings

- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics) 
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional team members
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of automotive requirements & standards (CMMI, ASPICE, IATF 16949, VDA)
- Good knowledge of the development processes
- ASPICE knowledge
