QM - Curing And Bladder Process

1. Daily reporting of scrap report
2. Initiate corrective action - in the case of non conformance
3. Summarize the corrective action effectiveness of scrap in weekly QIT meeting
4. Document the lesson learn and publish in the lesson learn database
5. Perform certify run with CBT2 for problem solving if required
6. Review and update related PoMS (Quality standard, control plan) as and when required
7.  Update Quality Score Card monthly

Degree holder or equivalent science or engineering 

3 years working experience in tire manufacuring industry, trained and certified core tools like PFMEA, control plan, SPC (added advantage)
