Product Owner for Road Model Fusion – Autonomous Mobility (TM)

We are a diverse team of engineers, mathematicians and physicists, focused on the development of multi-sensor fusion algorithms. Our aim is to provide a three-dimensional road representation, a key prerequisite for robust autonomous driving systems.

We are looking for a fellow open-minded colleague that:

• Owns, maintains and prioritizes the team’s technical backlog
• Breaks down the complexity of the product into understandable requirements and user stories
• Manages external stakeholders

All this while involving team members and fostering their growth.

A mentor will support you to gradually take over responsibilities, after an initial training phase that will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Mandatory skills:

• Ability to understand complex systems
• Analytic mind, capable of drawing relevant conclusions and defining an appropriate course of action
• Ability to drive stakeholders towards decisions
• Very good communication skills, capable of delivering both technical and business-oriented messages

Any of the following will be a plus:

• Product Owner certification
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
• Multi-sensor fusion experience
• Academic research
