Overview

Provide support to projects in production, based on detailed knowledge of the operation of the products.Provide diagnostics on production line failures in the product and support product training. 

Coordinate the actions of containment and participate in corrective and preventive actions derived from Jidoka events and nonconformities found in the production floor.

Additional responsibilities
"Analyze process failures found in production to detect problems in a timely manner, raise FPY, avoid customer failures and feedback to SQM in vendor failures"

Perform layered audits (Layered Process Audit). It is necessary that the LPA cover different topics such as the SPC, check list,records, maintenance, etc.

Capture and archive reports from different quality databases. -Have documentation and history of failures and present the results at the project meeting. 

Participate in the analysis of the events of Jidoka and execute the line cuts that are in the production plant. 

Coordinate the containment actions and validate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.






 

Basic Qualifications

Training (in electronics and related)  Level: Bachelor's degree intern, studying the last semester of the bachelor's 

2 to 3 years of experience in Electronic Industry.
2 to 3 years in Diagnostics and Quality
 Domain of Quality Tools MSA/MCA, PCA, SPC
Launch of new products formal knowledge
 Specifications test

 Domain IPC 610

 Product Audit

Preferred Qualifications

Engineer in communications and electronics, mechatronics or related.

Responsible and commited with schedule availability.
