Ensure raw materials supply on time also equipment and services for the assigned customer, using effectively systems and tools, minimizing delivery time and shipping cost. Process & request shopping carts, advance payment and import material on time providing all fiscal documents.  Have a direct communication with customers, suppliers, purchasing & warehouse.

 - Very close network with purchasing to request quotations on time, 
 - Create purchasing requisitions and give follow up to the Purchase orders for materials or services
 - Follow up material reception
 - Give instructions to customs agent to import materials
 - Assure invoice entry into SAP system
 - Negotiation with internal and external suppliers

Certificate degree on international bussiness, bussiness administration or similar.
 English: Advanced, business conversations.
Supply chain management at least 3 years on logistics areas
 - Excel: Advanced
