Supplier Quality Project

• Drive the team to identify critical and long lead time components during Maturity Evaluation ( ME).
• Track and document component introduction status and report to project team. 
• Drive and support the team for the entire project milestones ( MLC Gates) to achieve on- time. 
• Provide support /status to all SQM-related gate review questions for each MLC gate to the project team.
• Support purchasing during sourcing evaluation process.
• work with plant SQM to provide continous APQP and PPAP status for each purchased component. 

Drive KPI Management: 

• Maturity Evaluation ( ME) On time and updated. 
• Supplier component review ( SCR) to green status.
• Feasibility Commitment (FC) to green status. 
• APQP support to plant SQM.
• PSW ontime and fisrt time.
• Provide Input for supplier improvement programs.
• Implement Lessons learned within SQM and BU for Component introduction, design, supplier selection, technology and series production issues. 

• Bachelor Degree
• 3 years of experience with SQM/Operations/Customer quality. 
• English Advance
• Knowledge:
  • Quality Management (Including quality policies, systems and processes). 
  • PLC and MLC. 
  • Product Safety.
  • Risk Management. 
  • GD&T (Desirable)
