Our Halstead, KS location is seeking a Logistics Administrator to our team.

The Logistics Administrator receives delivery shipments and compares packing lists to purchase orders, ensuring accurate deliveries and input data in SAP to maintain accurate inventory.
Oversee and unload inbound shipments.
Maintain receiving log and schedules to ensure no overlaps of deliveries.
Thoroughly fill out and record inbound shipments in SAP and double check accuracy of shipments via paperwork, counts and weights.
Properly store and put away all received and tested compounds, fabric and other raw as they deliver.
Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed.
Adhere to the standards for slotting raw as well as the SAP procedures for batch management.
Perform monthly and quarterly cycle count procedures as set by schedule.
Assist with all Shipping/Receiving paperwork, schedules, loading trucks, unloading trucks during and/or when Logistics Manager is gone.
Set up, prepare and ship all OEM orders.
Prepare and ship all small parcel shipments.
Support Logistics Manager by preparing shipment for common carriers by wrapping, banding and attaching paperwork etc.
Assist with loading flatbeds.
Train and become familiar with exports, customs, Incoterms etc.
Provide support to management, scheduling, purchasing, and customer service when needed.
Must have good communication skills both oral and written.
Other duties as assigned by Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.
