Are you ready to shape the future with us?

Responsible for maintaining the Continuous Physical Inventory Process (CPIP) to avoid the necessity of an Annual Physical Inventory.

Support all processes and analysis of inventory records, transactions, BOM accuracy, BOM audits and SAP reporting to promote inventory accuracy to ensure seamless customer delivery and production build to schedule performance.

Support reporting of inventory and engage in continuous improvements to optimize levels of inventory to support production schedules while minimizing overall inventory levels.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in developing and maintaining an effective and accurate cycle count inventory program.
- Monitor and communicate relative to inventory transaction errors via the negative fields report and other related reports.
-Assist in continuous improvements with our MRP process to optimize inventory levels.
- Interface with the warehouse supervision and material handlers to determine "root causes" of inventory related problems. Assist in the training of warehouse personnel to eliminate the root cause.
- Coordinate the Continuous Physical Inventory Process with warehouse and production.
- Support inventory reporting and turnrate tracking.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor degree OR Minimum 2 years in lieu of Bachelors Degree
-0-2 years applicable experience
-Problem solving and analytical skills through inventory analysis.
-Excellent computer skills – SAP, Materials management, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Expert knowledge of inventory transactions.
-Comprehensive understanding of SAP process and supporting systems.


Preferred Qualifications

-Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
