CT AD BRA Quality Analyst
Ensure the deployment of customer requirements within the organization.
Carry out and evaluate training related to the Quality Management System; Carry out and evaluate quality training for employees as a whole; Support the training of other employees in Quality tools; Identify the needs of the areas in relation to qualifications to meet the quality requirements.
Follow-up of customer audits, Management of action plans resulting from the audits, Management of product requalification (Layout Inspection) with customers
Manage nonconformities found by customers - Disposition (rework, scrap, deviation, repair, revalidation); Lead complaint analysis meetings (8D, A3, RNCs) and assist in the implementation and monitoring of actions. Perform analysis of field return parts and warranty.
Make decisions regarding the interests of the client and the organization, communicate, involve those responsible and implement them; Inspiring people to do their best;
Monitor the performance of customers and deploy them within the organization. Prepare reports of non-conformities of any non-conforming products. Submission of samples and approval for start of supply; Follow-up of customer audits
Education in the areas of Engineering, Quality, or similar areas.
3 years of experience in the field of quality in the industry.
Professional experience in industrial production processes and/or project management.
Experience in indirect leadership of work teams for project management.
