Global Product Management Systems & Business Application Mgr.

The Global Product Management Systems & Business Application Mgr. is responsible for overseeing system improvements to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant global operations. 

Within the area of responsibility, the main tasks are: 

• Collaborating with business functions to translate their needs into system requirements and driving the development and updates of related business processes;
• Leading the creation of IT system concepts and workflows in partnership with business functions, central key users of the IT system landscape, and IT departments; 
• Ensuring that proposed changes maintain data integrity and comply with relevant regulations and standards;
• Developing necessary manuals and training materials, effectively communicating changes to stakeholders, and supporting smooth transitions during global rollouts;
• Providing support to regional key users and the broader user community.

• University degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Business, or related subject;
• Professional experience in tire or automotive industry, with IT responsibility;
• Understanding of business processes;
• International interface management experience (preferred);
• Proficient English language skills (spoken and written)
