The HRC IT department of Continental Tires takes care about all IT services related to our employee lifecyle needs. As a Consultant in our Tires HR and Communications IT - Global Solution team, you will play a key role in the continuous development, implementation, and optimization of our global HR IT landscape and its services. Your focus will be on supporting SAP SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Talent, LMS, Compensation, Time Management, Mobile) and SAP SF platform management.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Manage SuccessFactors Platform including daily operations, performance, and reliability;
  • Support SF Module owners (e.g., EC, PMGM, Compensation, Learning) and drive enhancements, ensure governance;
  • Oversee SF Tenants: Handle provisioning, system refreshes, tenant copies, and release management;
  • Coordinate with Providers: Act as main contact for SAP and external service partners.
  • Ensure Data Integration: Collaborate with Master Data and Integration teams for seamless processes;
  • Lead Projects: Drive module rollouts and platform improvements with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor feedback, implement updates, and ensure platform alignment with business needs.

あなたのプロフィール

  • Academic degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite. Knowledge or experience in application integration is an advantage;
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes;
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud solutions and platforms (SaaS, cloud computing, system integration);
  • Project management skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Intercultural sensitivity;
  • Independent, structured work method;
  • IT Service Management skills;
  • Efficient troubleshooting capabilities;
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient English language skills (German language would be a plus);
  • Open to travel up to 10% , incl. business trips abroad.
