あなたの仕事内容
- Act as assistant manager who is a contributor for guiding the team and pursue building trust relationship with team members and internal customers by mutual communication.
- Manage indirect procurement for key commodities including tactical achievement (Savings/Automation) proactively and also have procurement activities with regional level.
- Establish procurement strategy to maximize our profit and contribute to all the Business Unit.
- Ensure continuous improvement of purchasing processes and systems and fulfillment of corporate strategies in the region.
- Act as an ambassador for indirect purchasing for all the responsible legal entities in Japan.
- Responsible Category; for defined major categories
- Manage and support all Purchasing Indirect materials of responsible categories for Total Japan. (Administrative Automotive CAC, CAJ, CAMJ & EB)
あなたのプロフィール
- 5+ years of working or involved in a purchasing/procurement function
- Experience in Project Management, Process Definition and Implementation and Teamwork skills.
- Experience in leading project and smaller functional teams
- Worked in multinational company
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English are mandatory
