Strategy & Portfolio Manager within BA OESL (m/f/diverse)

We are seeking a Strategy & Portfolio Manager (m/f/diverse) for one of our European OESL locations, with the position available at the earliest possible date. 

Your tasks will include:

  • Strategy Development and Business Field Portfolio Management (planning, support, KPI tracking) in alignment with group sector strategy planning
  • Market Intelligence: Coordinate BA requirements with the central pool and support from the BA perspective
  • BA specific: Analyses & maintains global market/competitor intelligence 
  • Supporting and Execution of the One ContiTech M&A Strategy with Group Sector and responsible for BA individual processes (incl. target identification + evaluation). Support identification of CT search fields and research on targets.
  • This position has a significant impact on the successful realization and deployment of strategic targets e.g. strategy-aligned business field management.
  • Explicit focus on business development, incl. marketing concepts. The several methods and activities to be applied to this position will enable achievements with high strategic relevance.  
  • Safeguard the link between technology and business, transferring the leading edge technology into sustainable business models and finally into Business.
  • Result in decision criteria/activities as a recommendation for the board. With the activities on new initiatives, this position ensures that key Technology Fields, e.g. Lighthouse programs and strategic aspects, which are essential for ContiTech´s Future and are assigned from the Board, are well promoted internally and externally.

あなたのプロフィール

  • Several years of professional experience in the field described
  • Knowledge about BA relevant business and market environment
  • Knowledge about BA relevant products, materials, and processes
  • General Management understanding, business / financial acumen
  • Theoretical and practical experience in strategy development / M&A / business intelligence methods, tools, and techniques
  • Business Modelling in alignment with Innovation Management 
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytic Skills
  • Moderation and presentation techniques
  • Multi-project management skills, tools, and techniques
  • Intercultural competence (norms and behaviour)
