Plant NPM Buyer

• Identify potential suppliers for packaging, labels, and non-productive materials;
• Conduct / lead procurement processes for external services and non-productive materials in accordance with the specifications;
• Support factory cost reduction activities.

• Degree in Engineering or Management;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• SAP knowledge;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage priorities and focus on results;
• An analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Team player with a proactive and dynamic attitude;
• Willingness to travel.
