Facility Management and Building Engineer

• Responsible for maintenance of building constructions and managing of relocation services.
• Responsible for modernization/refurbishments/rebuilding of premises.
• Managing and supervising equipment installation and relocation.
• Responsible for construction works.
• Responsible for building periodical checks according to local legal enactments.
• Responsible for fixing small construction issues.
• Participating in new equipment installation processes.
• Signposting, visual management.
• Collaboration with various subcontractors on matters of maintenance.
• Managing cleaning services.
• Supporting the Facility team and the intervention technicians.

• Relevant working experience for 3 – 6 years.
• Expert in building constructions.
• Advanced knowledge of electric/HVAC/other building engineering installations.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Experience with BMS (Building Management System).
