Planning, coordination and execution of the ERP system TopM by Vergölst rollout
Support of daily operations through first-level support
Design and implementation of appropriate training measures
Further development of TopM by Vergölst based on the requirements of franchise partners and the Vergölst strategy
Design and implement digital offer strategy in eligment with IT and further interfaces and stakeholders
Further development of internal interfaces (TradePortal, FleetPartner, B2C online shop)
Further development of the purchasing platform (TradePortal)
Planning, coordination, and implementation of a Vergölst franchise customer portal
Analysis of market-relevant innovations and developments in the ERP and AI sectors
Support for franchise ERP and AI projects

Education in the field of Business Administration/Information Systems (Bachelor/Master or Diploma)
Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the tire trade
Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable
Experience in process management and project management
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Didactic skills for imparting specialized knowledge
High level of commitment and excellent self-organization
Willingness to travel (up to 20 percent)
