What You’ll Do 

As a key player in our global HR IT team, you’ll: 

• Lead impactful projects across Master Data, Talent, Learning, Feedback, and Workforce Analytics Solutions
• Own your projects end-to-end: from roadmap to rollout, including stakeholder alignment, coordination of vendors and internal resources
• Manage budgets and ensure smart, strategic use of resources
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within the HR tool landscape (e.g. SuccessFactors) and beyond 
• Champion user experience by optimizing business processes and UI/UX design 
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across our global communities

• Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification  
• Several years of professional experience in comparable role  
• Experience in HR IT Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)  
• Business knowledge related to HR is a plus  
• Enthusiastic about Data & AI (in HR)  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights  
• Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written) 
• High level of initiative and the ability to drive projects independently   
• Customer-orientation with ability to understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
