Customer Logistics IEMEA

To process incoming customer orders punctually and correctly
To be the main interface between the customer and all relevant central/plant functions after receipt of order. This includes intercompany business within and outside the region
Monitor orders received and ensure timely communication with the customer to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Initiate, support and follow up on customer complaint management

IT systems and tools (SAP, Office, Salesforce)
Communication and teamwork skills
Technical affinity or technical understanding
2-3 years of vocational training or equivalent training in business administration/logistics.
German and English language skills (written and spoken)
