Engineer IT Asset Management

The Asset Management Engineer is responsible to maintain and ensure the infrastructure required in the company’s IT asset management service. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality service, drives continuous improvement, and aligns IT services with business needs. 

• Define/ implement and maintain organization-wide processes, application interrelationships and entities to seamlessly integrate with the organization's governance and performance objectives.
• Coordination of IT asset related data collection systems, processes and integrations that optimize IT asset data quality.
• Ensure processes and standards are met by operating in the location database
• ITIL specific activities, testing and debugging responsibilities.

• University degree or comparable experience.
• 1+ year of experience in ITIL and Service Management
• High self-motivation and continuous improvement drive.
• Customer-orientation.
• Experience working in a team-oriented organization within a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing.
• Experience in working with Asset Management systems (Service Now, Remedy, etc.)
• Experience in working with databases (Oracle/ SQL/ MS Access) represents a plus.
• Scripting skills represents a plus.
