R&D Manager of Air Spring Design

1. lead all of the R&D functions like ME/TPL/ASU/SYS and test lab.
2. manage the budget/cost tracking of all R&D Cost centers.
3. support all the CRP and localization discussion with AP/CP team
4. handle the escalation of engineering topics from market.
5. Develop local compentency and know-how in China R&D center.
6. Develop R&D strategy with fine quality and timing and budget. 
7. Align with the global R&D dicipline team on topics and tasks.

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering discipline with focus on automotive engineering                       2. >5 years experience in air suspension related engineering and management disciplines                           3. >5 years experience in research & development in air spring & system development processes            

4. >3 years experience in research & development, lead size more than 10 people.                                    
5. Good knowledge of English language.
