Safety and Health Internship

• Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Support the development and implementation of safety training programs
• Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident investigations
• Contribute to safety reports and presentations
• Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company policies
• Support safety awareness campaigns and promote a culture of safety across departments

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management systems
• Excellent analytical skills to assess and address safety challenges
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders
• Ability to contribute to a culture of safety across the organization

Our Continental tyre plant in Petaling Jaya (PJ), Malaysia, is a manufacturer of diverse products catering to the needs of its customers. The plant opened its doors in the year 1963 as Dunlop Malaysia and has undergone many phases of changes before being finally being taken over by Continental in the year 2012.
