Sr. Import Analyst

- Import and Export coordination together with Service Providers

- KPI management of Import and Export Processes

- Service Provider Management (customs broker, sea port terminal, freight forwarder, inbound/outbound carriers, consulting companies)

- Invoice and credit/debit note coordination

- Active participation in Bid Processes

- Guidance for intern 

- Active improvement plans for all involved processes and service providers in regards of creation and follow-up

- Follow-up of import and export process steps in order to achieve performance excellence in the area

- Active communication with internal colleagues, such as Warehouse & Distribution, Costs & Performance, Inside Sales, Supply Management, Sales, Finance, Fiscal, Purchasing and Legal Department

- Bachelor Degree (preferred Administration, International Trading, Logistics and/or Engineering)

- English: Advanced

- Spanish: Desirable

- User of Power BI

- Excel: Advanced

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area

- Deep knowledge of Import/Export process
