Process Engineer - Greenfield

The main responsibility is to take care of the production line:

• Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.
• Responsible for ensuring that the technologies under his/her charge produce electronic modules according to the global guidelines for the introduction of technologies within Continental Plants.
• Leader in the implementation of Continental technical standards applicable to Front End technologies.
• Comply 100% with the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the technology (KPI: key performance indicator), for example: DPMO's, FTP, cycle time, 0 km failures, warranty failures, SCRAP, etc. for the assigned technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree: In Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanic or similar Engineering 
• Intermediate-Advanced English 
• Experience: 
  • 5s
  • SPC: Training, Process Capability
  • IATF
  • Project Management
  • Structured Problem Solving
