- To manage, provide leadership and guidance To the IT system team
- To define, implement and continue support the IT Solutions strategy, product vision and direction To a business portfolio of systems.
- To ensure operational excellence in IT solution development, support, innovation and project execution and in close collaboration with all stakeholders/ business partners in the China, APAC and central functions.
- To have strong collaboration with development companies and technology leaders To explore the IT solution improvement opportunities.
- To be responsible for developing and plan product roadmaps requiring prioritization and management of work backlogs.
- To take various roles including customer liaison, business strategist, product designer, market analyst and project manager.  the role also includes administrative processes such as vendor selection processes, planning of development budgets and management of purchase orders and payment of invoices related To project work.

Strategy on IT System for Continental Tires Shanghai
▪To define, implement and continues support the IT Solutions strategy, product vision and direction To a business portfolio of systems. 
▪ Ensure Regular survey within the China organization, analysis and understand local business requirements and align with management.
▪ Represent the China Market in Annual Development of Mid & Long Range Global IT Planning Process 
▪ Define the gap between the biz requirement and current system function, and initiate regular system function enhancement. 
▪ Ensure close Cooperation with Global IT and CKU , define and implement the Change on local and global system/ platform/ tool.

Internal Supporting and system promotion
▪Set up/ organize/ Lead internal User Support structure (""Support Matrix"") , which cover Continental China Market System eCo-System
▪Partner with local providers and internal users to ensure supporting matrix running smoothly, provide good quality service to Continental China Market users.

Key Users management    
▪ Be knowledge-center for local systems in China
▪ Represent China market and do the knowledge/experience share at regular key user meeting with other markets( Asia, Europe, America…) 
▪ Base on the knowledge shared, define value added processes/ operation for local systems, and ensure proper adaptation.

Project Management
▪ Act as project manager for Projects
▪ Plans, manages, and executes project and project tasks assigned or planned according to the China market
▪ Analyses IT systems and infrastructure issues and highlight to IT
▪ Participate in the Business Project working with the business teams to implement Business applications, processes and people into the Continental Tire applications, systems and infrastructure. 
▪ Working with external vendors in relation to the Business projects.
▪ Coordinates Specification phase together with Business responsible in alignment with the Key user organization
▪ Ensures project delivery in time and budget involving all required parties - including vendor management.
▪ Evaluate the proposed solutions provide by vendor from technical perspective.

IT Service Management
▪ Change request and Error monitoring
▪ Request of changes through standard SAF process (system function change process)
▪ Regular follow up ensure change's implementation
▪ 1st level support for local users
▪ 2nd level support, Communication to Central Key Users and IT
▪ Open tickets for system errors log-in and follow up
▪ Guarantee testing of system error fixing, changes and enhancements
▪ Analyze the ticket and provide root cause analysis.

IT Implementation Services
▪ Manages and lead project teams 
▪ Executes and monitor Project tasks and activities
▪ Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards

あなたのプロフィール

Required Experience
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for understanding. 
More than 5 years experience in IT in the areas of web development, mobile development and Wechat Min Program environment.
Experience in vendor management.
Proven Project Management,  ITSM process, Process improvement, IT system project.
Skilled in managing the project with Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
Leading team experience and Lead at least 2 cross function Projects.
Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Work in international project/team for more than 5 years and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with people of all levels.
Excellent verbal and written in Mandarin and English communication skills.
