SAP S4 Shopfloor Operations Team Lead

In this role, you're in charge of the following tasks:

• Define, Design / Develop, Implement and Secure standards in template within SAP S/4HANA PP Area incl. interfaces and add-ons / add-ins.
• Implement S/4HANA functionality in ContiTech legal entities, including needed integrations to ecosystem supporting solutions.
• Manage Shopfloor Operations / PP stream to deliver solutions per agreed time frame.
• Support Rollout Team and LKU organization
• Work with business to design an authorization concept.
• Work with Migration team to design a migration tool.
• Manage team members (SAP IT consultants and business process as well as external consultants) to deliver solutions in coordination with Rollout Teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technologies or business Administration
• 7 years of relevant professional experience in SAP Configuration, Business knowledge related to production planning and execution as well as basic Knowledge of related modules.
• Relevant leadership experience
• Project Management experience e.g., Project Participation, Management of Implementation and Rollout Projects
• Experience in production planning tools, e.g., SIOP
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken.
• Intercultural Sensitivity
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to enhance team collaboration.
• Willingness for occasional ad hoc business trips worldwide (max. 10 %)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• German language skills desirable.
