HR Intern (Recruitment)

As HR Specialist Intern, you will be supporting Recruitment Team in daily activities: 
▪ Publish job ads in various job portals; 
▪ Communicate with potential hires and provide them support in recruitment related questions;
▪ Collaborate with hiring managers to set job requirements and other; 
▪ Screen resumes and job applications; 
▪ Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates; 
▪ Interview candidates together with hiring manager; 
▪ Track hiring metrics based on set hiring process;
▪ Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
▪ Participate in job fairs; 
▪ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process; 
▪ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

You can be a perfect match for our team if you have/are:
▪ Able to join an internship for 6 months;
▪ Student or graduate of Business Administration/Psychology or Economics;  
▪ Experience in recruitment;
▪ Local language as mother language;
▪ Good English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing);
▪ Good computer skills, Microsoft Office package;
▪ Communication skills;
▪ Ability to complete tasks with supervision;
▪ Organizational and time management skills.
