あなたの仕事内容

We are looking for you, a Sales Manager (m/f/diverse), to support our area Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) at our site in Northeim. 

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

  • Defining, developing and executing acquisition strategy and achieving agreed order intake targets for assigned customer(s) and assigned segment
  • Executing all sales activities to achieve/improve target margins of existing business
  • Executing all tasks within sales process from G10-G110: (Pre-acquisition, Negotiation Phase, Project Development Phases, Serial Sales, Spare Part Sales)
  • Overall Sales Responsibility for assigned customers and tasks
  • Customer strategy and relationship
  • RFQ Process and New Business quotations
  • Customer requirements and technology trends
  • Competitive Intelligence; Pricing, Margin Improvement; Claim management; Customer Contracts
  • Focusing on results: Sales Reporting, FC, Budget, StratPlan
  • Handling customer issues and concerns
  • Assuring teamwork with OESL functions to support our customers

あなたのプロフィール

  • Academic degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or Economics / B2B Marketing or similar qualification
  • Several years experience in sales and/ or engineering and/ or project management in automotive business preferred
  • OE Customer Relationship and Key Account Management experience
  • Sales Project Management and Business Processes knowledge
  • OE Customer relevant standards, processes and tools
  • Strategic knowledge and understanding
  • Good Commercial and Financial Knowledge
  • Contract and legal knowledge
  • Fluent German and business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Technical knowledge
  • Problem-solving and good analytical skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit as well as solution focused
