Purchasing Intern

あなたの仕事内容

You will get to know our organization and processes with which we implement and continuously develop our strategic and operational fields of action in purchasing. You will support the purchasing team strategically and operationally with your own projects.

Your tasks:

  • Support in the implementation of purchasing processes standardization
  • Supplier documents management 
  • Collaboration in the optimization of system-supported purchasing processes and the definition of application requirements with regard to efficiency increases
  • Participation in the creation of purchasing-relevant analyses, KPIs and reports (PowerBI, SAP)
  • Support in communication between central and regional users.

あなたのプロフィール

  • Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration, Engineering , Operations & Supply Chain Management or comparable fields of study
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Basic/Intermediate English language skills 
  • Analytical thinking with a passion for processes and systems
  • Teamwork, organizational and communication skills
