APAC Marketing and After Sales Service Intern


You will be part of the APAC Regional Customer Service team responsible for following areas:

- To maintain Monthly/Quarterly Technical Customer Service (TCS) Reports

- Data analysis and visualization using Power BI

- Maintaining Observation to Improvement (O2I) database

- To assist in Strategic Projects by Regional/ Central TCS

- Maintain data integrity and accuracy for Market Database

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English language
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Interest in Customer Service/After Sales Service

- Eager to learn new things & result orientation
- Min. 3-4 months, preferred 6 months availability
- Advanced/ final stage of study period
