S4 HANA Customer Service


1. Responsible for the daily operation for customer e-business platform,transfer the sales plan, follow up the order,make the packing lable,trademark,logistics for the shipping and deal with the process.

2. Inform Finance to invoice the sales invoice.

3. Be responsible for follow up, inventory check, reconcilation with customers. Communicate and coordinate with customers once problems occurs to gurantee goods not to be lost outside.

4. Responsible for establishing the documents for the customers and record the shipment, reconcile with the external warhouse regularly.

5. Have knowledge for the product performance and usage, feed back to the customer for the query, deal with the claims from customers and transfer the quality related information.

6. Accomplish the temporary tasks assigned by the company in time.
