Human Relations Associate


The HR Associate deploys, implements and manages HR policies, procedures, standards and initiatives in an efficient and standardized way for all employees with focus on the following areas:

  • Supports hiring process to fill open positions and administer candidate and hiring-related paperwork and systems.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Supports supervisors and reviews payroll and time records.
  • Process and file personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training or other administrative forms.
  • Assists employee with HR policies, procedures, laws or regulations (including FMLA and ADA).
  • Ensures legal compliance with HR activities within scope of responsibility, including regulatory compliance to local employment/labor laws and legislation.
  • Responds to employee relation issues such as employee concerns, harassment, and discrimination complaints.
  • Support processes and initiatives related to employee satisfaction surveys, employee recognition events or organizational development campaigns.
  • Support internal communication regarding HR services & processes.
  • Ensures effective administration of HR processes and policies by using HR IT systems, internal or external services.
  • Area of responsibilities: Recruiting & Staffing, Talent & Performance Management, Payroll, Labor & Employee Relations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Economics/Law/Psychology/Social Science or Organizational Management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Conflict management and mediation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Legally able to work in US, no visa sponsorship now or in the future.


Preferred Qualifications

  • HR knowledge in recruiting, labor & employee relations, payroll, and performance management is an advantage.
  • Internships in related fields in degrees posted and or 1+ year of HR experience.
